Massage Therapy
While Bowenwork is the main focus of my practice, as a Certified Massage Therapist with years of experience, I still offer relaxation and therapeutic massages.
Trained and certified in the following:
- Swedish/Relaxation Massage
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Thai/Shiatsu
- Reiki Level I
- Chinese Cupping Therapy
A variety of modalities may be used during a massage
and range from relaxing and rejuvenating to deep tissue addressing specific areas of the body.
Each session is tailored to the client's needs, comfort level, and pressure preference. The following can be expected during a massage appointment:
- Comfortable massage table (with heat available) and full draping with clean flannel sheets.
- Your choice of organic oil or cream, unscented or with pure essential oil synergy from Lunaroma.
- Soft music or white noise for privacy.
- Your
own time. I encourage everyone to take advantage of this
opportunity.
